Birth is powerful and deeply transformative. It asks us to surrender, to trust, and to remember the innate wisdom that lives within each of us. My role is to walk beside you as you cross that sacred threshold. I offer presence, knowledge, experience and unwavering belief in your ability to access birth with clarity and confidence. Whether you’re preparing for conception, navigating pregnancy, standing on the edge of labor, or healing in postpartum, I meet you right where you are. I have spent 15 years exploring the body and birth, and have learned to center you; your intuition, your body, your baby, your growing family. This is about embodying who you are to expand into who are you becoming. This is a chance for us to drop in together and go through any questions, concerns or curiosities that are coming up. I suggest a minimum of two sessions, so that we can discuss results and follow up questions.
