Holistic Doula Session (In Office)

Service Description

These sessions are customized for the woman in the childbearing continuum. We spend our time together exploring what you desire to learn, including symptoms, fears, questions and curiosities. This could look like going over test results, creating a birth vision, learning about physiologic birth, practicing labor techniques or setting up a successful postpartum time. In the second half of our session, we get into integrative bodywork practices to address your ever changing body. Blending modalities such as massage, energy healing, plant and Earth medicines, rebozo, womb, yoni and pelvic care. Each session is completely unique and allows me to meet you and your baby where you are that day.
