Shake Rising is a transformational movement practice that blends yoga, dance and energy work in service of our personal and collective liberation. Our intentions in Shake Rising guide our practice and create a fun, powerful experience to turn on our life force energy and connect with our Desire. In this offering, I create and then guide a Shake Rising practice customized to your specific needs, either for your personal healing or a group event. Options to receive a video recording are also available.
